Now & Then

Just last week I was prompted by Dani of Lucky Number Seven to play a little game of Now & Then. It was so much fun to take a trip to yesteryear, to a time when things were much more simple and it was perfectly normal for guys to wear Puka Shell necklaces and for women to wear neckties as belts. Man do I miss the the early 2000’s…
Thanks so much for the tag Dani! It was interesting to slow down and take the time to notice the transformation from the girl I was to the woman I am today. Obviously my outlook has changed on so many levels, yet I’m still very much that same confused and wild 15 year old at heart.
If you’re interested or haven’t participated before, I invite DW, Ellie, Samantha, and anyone else who would like to join. Leave a link in the comments below–I would love to get to know your early 2000’s self!

Thanks so much for tagging me in this post! (And now to try to remember the early 2000s…junior high, wow!)

The icons you created for the post are so simple and beautiful — love it!

I’m glad you noticed Diana! I was about to send out a tweet today–yesterday was a bit chaotic for me so not a lot of communication in the blog-o-sphere. Can’t wait to get to know former DW! ;)

Oh great, I can’t wait to read it Samantha and much agreed. I actually dared to flip through a past yearbook when attempting to conjure these responses. Most of the page perusing was done through the crooks of my fingers.
